Steve is a senior litigator and counselor at the firm. He is sought out by his clients for his aggressive approach and knowledge of numerous areas of law. Steve was selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

Steve focuses his practice on defending various corporations, businesses, and insured individuals in personal injury, insurance defense, trucking and transportation, premises liability, product liability, computer software and technology, and commercial litigation. He has successfully handled trials involving personal injury, trucking and transportation, and commercial litigation.

Steve heads up the transportation law team and is a member of the Rapid Response Team.

Steve served as litigation counsel for J.D. Edwards & Company and PeopleSoft for years, and tried and arbitrated numerous matters throughout the United States and internationally.

Steve also works with clients to develop effective business plans to avoid litigation or to place them in the best possible position should a claim be filed. Steve has specific expertise in the drafting and negotiation of Software Development Agreements and other contracts for technology companies.
