As colleagues at another law firm in Colorado, the founding members of Godin & Baity, Ed Godin and Steve Baity, envisioned starting their own smaller practice in which they could focus exclusively on trial work and more individualized attention to their clients. In 1994 they formed Godin & Baity and have since been joined by other attorneys with the same priorities -- to provide the highest caliber legal representation to each individual client. Ed and Steve have been recognized as experts in the legal community locally and nationally. Ed was named as a Super Lawyer in Construction Litigation in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Steve was selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) in 2009.
